They said, they would replace the headers! I spent 3 hours installing them. . . now to take them off. To be honest, I am completely relieved, and unistalling them should be no problem. Although, I don't have an O2 sensor wrench. Anyone got any ghetto solutions? My friends dad did(an O2 sensor wrench), so we used that. I wonder how I am going to take them out without a lift. Anyway, happy New Years guys!! Here is a beautiful woman I found on the webz.
One more pic.

Got a Harbor Freight near you?

If you can get at it from the side, just use a regular wrench.

Are all O2 sensors basically the same size? And yes I can at them from the side. . . if I think I know what you mean.

No, they are basically perfect in every way, except one of the shorter runners touches the oil pan. Here is a pic. It is very minor but it is still a concern.

All the same size? Don't know. An adjustable wrench (crescent) should get it right out.

Yeah it sucks, but at least JDL stands behind their product. If I had bought from SRT I would have been screwed!

No. . . maybe I should have specified. Like Street Racing Technology. They make aftermarket parts for a bunch of cars. Customer service is not so good, but their products are. . . if they work. People ordered a bunch of headerback exhausts for them, when they got complaints they just left. Left a bit of a sour taste in people's mouths. . .

Everyone that has had this issue on the ft86 forums has doubled the gasket and it spaces it away from the oil pan enough to clear. Not ideal, but it works.
